"Awesome support!"
I've been a Postscan Mail user for quite a while now. The folks at my spot (Safety Harbor, FL) are super friendly. I've had my mail shipped overseas a few times, and it always got there in one piece. However, this time it got sent back. I reached out to Customer Service and spoke with Veronica. She was really helpful and processed my refund. I get that international mail can have its hiccups, and it’s not on them. Overall, I'm really pleased with their service.

"I really wish I could rate them lower..."
I really wish I could rate them lower. I reached out to them to see if I could use their address for setting up a new LLC, and they told me it was fine. But after I sent in all the paperwork, everything got rejected because of that worthless pmb # address they sold me.

I recently set up a virtual mailbox in Tampa, Florida. I reached out to customer service and had a chat with Paula, who helped me complete the form that needed notarization. The whole thing went smoothly and was super easy. Paula was really patient, staying on the line while I connected with a notary via FaceTime. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I really appreciate it, Post Scan Mail!

My experience with this service has been quite positive. It's quick, dependable, and professional. Mail forwarding happens really fast and without any holdups.
I gotta give a shoutout to Kathleen Potter, the head of customer care. She was super helpful when I ran into some problems sending mail to my home country. She handled my issue and even reached out to the shipping service to sort things out. I'm really grateful for her assistance.

"Carefree Travels for Two Years Thanks to PostScanMail"
During our two years of traveling, we relied on this mail forwarding service. My husband receives his medications via mail, and we got every package on time. Most of our mail was sent to General Delivery in different towns, and sometimes to the airbnbs we were at. The online support was excellent, and they answered our questions quickly. We’d surely recommend this service.
